Test your legs and challenge other trail runners at almost 9,000 feet as you compete for the coveted 10K prize purse. This course will put your fitness to the test with its constant elevation changes and mountainous terrain. The stunning views will tempt you to stop and take in the scenery, but just keep going!

FORMAT & RULES:
  • Racers will be sent out in one mass wave. Start positions within the wave will not be pre-determined and it is up to the athlete to get into their desired start location. 
  • Athletes will race on the marked 10K course.
  • All course markings for this event will be black signs with red arrows. 
  • Athletes will have to run on all types of terrain ranging from Forest Service access dirt roads to single track.
  • Athletes must follow all course markings and know/understand the course map. 
  • Athletes who deviate from the official course will be disqualified. 
  • Please see course map for aid station locations, where water and sports drink will be provided.
  • The adidas Terrex 10K Spring Runoff course will be marked on Friday, June 9.
  • No tripping, shoving or horseplay will be tolerated and any athlete participating in foul play will be pulled from the course and disqualified.
  • Competitors who start significantly after the posted start time will still be clocked from the mass start time. No exceptions will be made.
  • Dogs are not permitted to run in the adidas Terrex 10K Spring Runoff. Please enter our Rocky Dog Fun Run on Thursday, June 8 if you’d like to run with your pup!

The race start and finish is at Nature Valley Mountain Plaza.
