By volunteering for the GoPro Mountain Games you are volunteering for the Vail Valley Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to providing leadership in arts, athletics, and education and address community needs to enhance our Valley as a place to live, work, and visit. You, our volunteers, play a critical role in our ability to achieve that mission.
When you register online using the Volunteer Portal, we will use that email address to send you confirmations, schedules, and newsletter updates. We will use your cell phone number if we need to reach you by phone. We also have a good text messaging system and we strongly encourage you to opt-in for this service. You can also always login to your Volunteer Profile to view your schedule and additional volunteer information.
Email is our primary form of communicating to you with confirmations and newsletters. You need to have a valid email address to volunteer at the GoPro Mountain Games. We also send daily schedule reminders via email, the day before your next scheduled shift.
During registration, please opt in to receive text messages. You may also opt in through your Volunteer profile.
