Event Overview

SATURDAY, JUNE 12

9:00 AM

What if everything we’ve been through this last year hasn’t been obstacles in your way but instead kindling to set your soul on fire? We aren’t strong in spite of our challenges- we are strong because of them and as the world starts to shift back to “normal” we will be given the choice- fall back into the old habits that were not serving us or to rise stronger and more empowered than ever. This all-levels vinyasa flow style class is designed to get you open and ready for whatever your day has in store for you, but we will also take time to uncover what it looks and feels like to live a life of purpose and choice. Every time we roll out our yoga mats we are given the opportunity to get a little closer to our authentic selves- expect to leave this class feeling open and free in the body AND with a spark of inspiration for that something more your soul is calling you to.

IMPORTANT: Registration for this event closes Friday, June 11 at 6:00 PM. Day-of registration will not be available.
