A 3-year-old Belgian Malinois from Colorado Springs, O’Winter’s skill set goes well beyond the dock, as the key smile-maker for her owner/teammate Debra Bedia. O’Winter helped Bedia through a bout of chemo and radiation treatment this fall and the Mountain Games will mark their first post-cancer competition.
