Adopt a pup at the 2021 GoPro Mountain Games in Vail

The GoPro Mountain Games are no stranger to furry friends. Not only is the Mountain Games home to dog-friendly competitions and lodging options, but Eagle County Animal Services is hosting its eighth dog adoption event this year on Gore Creek Drive in Vail Village during the event.
“This event is one of our favorites because we get to meet so many people and dogs,” said Rhiannon Rowe, animal shelter manager. “The dogs we bring to the event are adventurous and fun-loving.”
Dogs available for adoption at the Mountain Games will be at a tent near Checkpoint Charlie in Vail Village. Dogs will be around all weekend during the Mountain Games during Gear Town hours.
During the Mountain Games, the adoption rate is reduced to $50 for each dog. The pups are so excited to play with you at the Mountain Games; until then, enjoy some adorable pup-arazzi photos from Eagle County Animal Services!
